| Only a mile away is the stunning
Ogden Water with its woodland walks and glorious views. The
paths have varying degrees of accessibility but the main route around
the reservoir is designed to be completely wheelchair friendly. An
excellent way to get build a healthy appetite before enjoying our wide
ranging menu. |
 |
| Another popular local attraction is
the famous Keighley and
Worth Valley Railway. Setting of the film "The Railway
Children", the railway has an impressive collection of running vintage
steam engines and has services between Keighley and Oxenhope, passing
through Howarth most days. There is also a rail museum at Ingrow
(West) on the route. |

| The village of
Howarth is
the heart of Bronte country and was the family home as well as the
inspiration behind the book "Wuthering Heights". The village
